You won't ever have to worry about going up against me. (I looked over some of your posts and am assuming you are a Mixed Martial Artist)
Thanks for the compliment but please, pm me your top secret russian iron curtain leg exercises. I love unorthodox training, because you know the other guy isn't out there chopping wood, or throwing tires in the back of a pickup truck, or pushing cars...

I played football in highschool, but I wasn't into the sport. I just did it because they didn't have boxing or wrestling. I never watched pro or college ball. I always got double teamed, (I was a D-Tackle) and I remember once I went up against this all black team...These mother****ers knew their ****...instead of coming at me head on, they'd chop block me every time and the damn coach benched me that game because I'd keep running at them full speed and falling over their kneeled positions...lol..

I have never found football particularly interesting. But I worked my ass off at it...always hit extremely hard, I suffered in terms of technique as a result of my not being into the sport though..But I'll never forget this one summer after my first year of football when I took building my legs up seriously, in the end I was squatting around 425 and deadlifting about 450 lbs, I weighed 225 at 6 ft 4...I know it's weak for my weight, but it was a massive increase, and it was all natural...those muscles I gained in football I directly attribute to my punching power. But I haven't deadlifted or squatted since high school, because my large leg muscles already drain too much stamina as it is.

This way, your legs will get strong, but you won't sacrifice stamina when you use them, unlike with weightlifting, where you may get stronger legs, however they will drain you and take you to hell.

          Explain this.
