I train at J&P boxing club right now, its on hunninghton Ave in Jamaica Plains. and its absolutely free.

I used to train at a prestigious gym that produced a lot of pros including Kevin Mcbride, called Grelish Boxing that one is located in Dorchester. The cost is moderate.

however if your not that serious about boxing and is looking for a workout like the rest of the ******* at this gym The Ring, located near Boston University on Commonwealth Ave. cost is in the upper echelon of things.

yes sir completely free, friendly atmosphere, trainers are pretty knowledgeable as long as you are new to boxing.

to be honest when I went to J&P, I had already been boxing for 4 years so there weren't a lot of new things the trainers could show me other then to correct some bad habits i picked up.

I go there for the free gym equipment, sparring and mitt training to keep myself sharp.
