stretch it out and dont stress it until its healed completely, nothing much you can do,

funny thing about biological life is that its completely automated, your body's design was perfected long before your Central Nervous System, it knows the healing process much better then our conscious thoughts, sometimes you just have to let nature run its course.

me, i have had severe back pain and skeletal pain in my chest. however, some of the softer martial arts exercises basically fixed me. they are invaluable and i wouldnt trade them for 10000 dollars.

do a lot of warm up! not just stretching. warm up too!

I would recommend getting a foam roaller and doing a lot of soft tissue work.

anther tip - notice how your hips line up with your shoulders. if the shoulder are not right above the hips, or if u have tension in one of your hips, it will screw with how your spine is aligned. mis-aligninment of the spine is one of the big reasons why people have back pain.

thats why much of the back exercises involve stretching, and straightening the spine.

even a slightly crooked spine can cause severe pain through pinching a nerve, or wearing away of a disc, or even spread pain throughout another area. neck pain is mostly caused from misalignment of the spine i would say.

As the PC chair goes get a new chair. No amount of stretching or warm-up exercises are going to help the bad support a smashed foam pad is giving your butt. If you suspect it's your chair, get a new chair! That said, the advice listed here speaks volumes, warm up, stretching, etc will provide long lasting relief for years....but to the heart of the matter and your su****ion, a bad seat can kill all your good work by not properly supporting your butt and smashing nerves when your weight isnt supported properly.

to add to this, dont sit on your coccyx! ur asking for pain doing that, but nearly everyone does it cause they just dont know.
