      Thanks for all the replies.

I remember having pain like that a few years back i don't remember how long it took to go away but it obviously did since i barely remember it.

It's better already not having hit the bag for 2 days, i'll keep it up for a week or two and then start again slowly.

...I can relate. I'm also 26, and my goal isn't any of the local bull**** titles...

            I want the world titles...

Take a break so that your wrist can actually heal.

Then try again, you may have connected with the bag akwardly and hurt your wrist. If the problem persists, you may want to try wrapping your hands in away to lend more support to your wrist, or reducing the amount of time you spend hitting the bag or get a lighter punching bag.

I like that KO in your sig more than the Graham KO. It's the angle of the third shot, right before the guy falls flat on his face.

How far does your wrist bend? Is it very flexible or normal or stiff? Because sometimes if your wrists do bend easily throwing strong punches it can bend in the wrong direction. You have warp it really strong. I had a middle of finger joint pain and I wondered what it was about and doctor checked it, since I had hyper mobility on my joints, my knuckles were over extending/bending in wrong direction. I had to start using warps and so on my joints on middle of my fingers. My pinkey on the left hand was the first problematic one. And the problem was solved, the wraps keep the joints from over extending.
