I've just finished College for the summer, and im planning on starting boxing again in september (hopefully earlier if I can get a job). I have approximatly 2 and a half months of free time on my hands and I want a 4/5-day routine to get me into the best physical shape for when i get back to the gym. I've looked at various routines in this forum already so i've got a rough idea, but I have limited equipment (dumbbell's and a barbell with pretty low weights tbh). Hoping for a few good routines and tips, all help will be greatly appreciated, thanks!

This is pretty basic and how i started.
3 Days a week
Jog-3.5 miles
Shadow box warmup- 3 mins
Heavy bag- 4 x 3 mins ( try to focus on certain punches for each round)
Slip Bag- 2 x 3 mins
Jump Rope- 5 minutes
Speed bag- 5-10 Minutes kill those shoulders
Sometimes i would switch up the order so i dont get bored.
Eventually youll step up time or rounds but i think thats a pretty good start up routine. I usually do my strength training on different days from my boxing or i would be too tired.
