Can someone please explain me how to do propper footwork and weight transfer during the 1-2 cause ive heard in order for your right (2) to come with maximum force the weight transfer from the right left should go to the lead leg at the same time the right connects but the problem i found is when jab first i also have to take a step and then me weight is already on my lead leg so i have no weigh left in my right leg to be transfert.

your talking about a power jab. there are many types of jabs. when you jab for a 1-2 lets say its a standard step in where a regular step forward with your front foot would be enough to close the distance, the power would probably be somewhere around half as much as a power jab would be with all your weight being forward. the jab before the straight would be to offset the guard or to slip through it and offset the opponent in order to get the straight landed. same thing if you leap forward to reach an opponent out of range of your small step jab. You wouldn't really place all the power in the jab because its more of an offset tool and also a distance finder because if you can land that jab and follow up with a 2 a split second after then you should no doubt land the straight as far as distance goes. putting all your weight into your front leg would throw you off balance and the power would be as great atleast for the way i feel when i throw a straight with all my power. i thought that im supposed to put my full weight into my front leg but thats not how it is. your weight just shifts forward and not really 100% of it is forward. think of it like this. When you step in for a jab your upright but when you pivot and throw that straight your actually shorter then you were from when you threw the jab right? as you drop down you dont drop straight down. you drop down and slightly forward so your body weight moving forward + the torque from pivoting adds more power. try throwing as much weight as you can into your front leg when throwing a straight on a bag and try it with a straight where your balanced. But when u take a step with the jab same time, doesnt it bring alot of the weight on that same lead leg? Because when i want to give the right after the jab with full force i have to have weight left in my right leg and the more weight thats left on the back leg the better but im unable to because of the first step in with the jab unless i just give a jab while standing still.

unless someone else finds a video because im lazy i can make you a video maybe sometime tomorrow to show you the difference between using a power jab and using a jab to setup a combination (like when your asking the "jab" - straght). the jab isnt really meant to hurt your opponent its meant to setup the straight or whatever combo your really trying to throw so that means you arent planting that weight down onto your front food to use a power jab.

I know but i what i ment is i want to throw a straigt right with full force by bringing my back weight to the front when throwing the right but i have to set it up first by a jab.
The problem i find with this is when i step and jab same time my weight is already on the front leg so when i throw that right straigh it wont benefit the weight transfer that could get if i didnt step in with the jab.

And this is why I can never be a trainer/coach.
Personally, I would say try to stay on the ball of your feet. When you plant your feet you get that sinking, heavy feeling resembling your first post. So stay on the balls of your feet during the jab step, then when you go for the 2 push off the ball of your feet so your entire body is behind it. I know it sounds odd to have your "entire body" behind it but I dont throw myself off balance. If that is what your thinking will happen.
Thats what I do. I can't really explain 'how to do it' per say but I can definately tell you how I do it. Staying on the balls of my feet help me stay centered so I can put power behind both the jab and the straight.
