It takes weed about 30 days to completely get out of your system. It's in your blood stream. Best way is to buy some **** to flush it out chemically, like Gold Seal or some **** but you have to drink a ton of the **** about 72 hours prior to being tested, if that's why you are asking.
Also, if they take hair samples which a lot of employers do here in Florida now, it can take up to 4 years for the marijuana to exit your system completely.
It takes ******* faster to exit your system than marijuana.

It says 3-90 days but I have asked a few doctors and the overwhelming response is usually 30 days for it to be completely out of your system.
Like I said, weed stays in your system longer than ******* for some reason. Your friend got lucky but if you are taking a piss test, I wouldn't chance that ****.

people say excersize technically wont get it outta ur system, but i smoke everyday and my training and workouts make my feel refreshed and it only helps. u will feel betetr after u sweat. might still be in ur system but u will feel like its not

I think it depends on when you smoke, how much you smoke and how you smoke. Smoking blunts (which I never understood) is really, really bad for you because the paper that blunts are rolled in, is very bad for your lungs. It will definitely hurt your stamina just as smoking cigarettes will.
Also, if you smoke prior to working out or fighting, that's not good either. Weed relaxes you, it makes you want to chill out for the most part and can make you very lazy. I wouldn't recommend it before workouts or fights.
If you want to smoke weed lets say out of a bong or paper AFTER a fight or work out for relaxation, sort of like having a beer...I don't see anything wrong with that.
Just remember, if you want to take boxing seriously, any outside toxin like alcohol, smoking (weed or cigarettes) is not going help you in any way.
