          Love the idea of fighting and the feeling you get after training.

          Boxing is the hardest sport in the world and I don't like to back away from challenges.

              i get lazy sometimes too, but i realized that getting started is the hardest part...once i actually lace em up and work up a sweat im good to go. plus once u start taking L's in sparring sessions against kids u dont particularly like, u end up wanting to work hard to see the day u can redeem that pride

                achieving your goal, for you to try train hard and compare back few weeks ago to your self.

                  for running, i think of my goals, how i want to be a world champion, i think of my opponents and what they are doing, i wonder if they are out in the cold stormy weather running 8k like i am, when i sprint up hills i imagine my opponent and think of it like a race, believing that i can never let him get ahead of me. Everytime i go for a run i think of what my friends are doing, and i wonder how many of them go for runs, or how many of them do what i do and then it hits me NON of them do what i do. and it motivates me

                    well me being in the military, kinda got used to it but i see it like this, my little brothers see me as a hero and i've never given up at anything and since im deployed in the Marines and on a ship. I just really think of the other people that depend on me and i would feel bad if i ever quit cause it makes me feel like i quit on them since they see me as being a strong figure in their lives.
