take some benadryl before you go to bed and drink a tall glass of water......

seriously, benadryl is completely non addictive and does not harm you whatsoever... and the water will help you stay hydrated through the night....

        works like charm!

I can't sleep at all. I lay in bed for 7 hours and get up. I'm dying over here.

Maan, i don't even wanna talk about my sleeping patterns. It's so outta whack. I sleep late, i wake up early and i get up in the middle of the night. On the weekends is when i catch up on sleep. But you know what they say, once you lose sleep it's gone forever.

I wish that i slept like a regular person. My eyes are always heavy, my body's fine, but my eyes are like fcukin truck driver's eyes.

i aint got no problem like that.. i just done turned the day around since i graduated. cant go to sleep before 4-5am and wake up 2pm as earliest.

dont really matter now but it might cause problems when i get back in the gym next week. if not its no doubt gon be rough once i get a job.

i know i should just set the alarm, but **** that ****. ive been settin alarms all ****ing year i dont wanna do that **** no more.

nourishment is more important to your body than sleep. If your diet/hydration isn't adequate you'll find yourself having trouble sleeping normally, though it could result in both undersleeping and/or oversleeping. If you wake up thirsty, well, that should be a clue lol.

i have the opposite problem...i love to sleep and sleep too well. cant seem to function throughout the day unless i get atleast 7-8 hours, especially if i was training the day/night before. but i know some people who cant get adequate sleep. i say look at what your eating at night...if i goto sleep full, sometimes i can wake up earlier...but if im hungry when i goto sleep i tend to wake up out of sheer hunger...
