Im one of thoses people who however hard i train or how clean i eat i never ever get ripped to a great degree i always have a little fat on me.
There is still no excuse into not training though as you can improve greatly with good training and a clean diet.
Hard to imagine people walking around Afrika looking like Juan Diaz.

If you want a body like that, I'd say it comes down more to eating a load less, and doing simple exercises like pushups (and not even that many - maybe 100 or 200 a day). He's not completely ripped, nor unbelievably defined. He's more skinny than anything.

Just cut down your calorie intake, rich, and you should get there. In my opinion though, you can cut your calorie intake a little, do more exercise, and become more ripped and muscular (as opposed to more skinny).

But it's all up to you Rich.

I'm still working on it. I'm getting there, very slowly.

            Thanks for the advice.

I've lost like 7 pounds since making this thread.

that is exatly how my body looks like

you need to workout with weights doing high reps (at least 20 each set) in addition to cardio

I'm 5'-8.5" and weigh about 155 lbs and I can say that he is less than that. He is more like 140-150 lbs around 7-8% body fat I'd guess. I'm getting there but still around 10% body fat and I gain weight easily if I lay off the cardio. I need to run like 10-15 miles per week to lose steady weight at around a pound per week. Just guessing about his weight and stuff I don't know for sure but I match the height requirements and I have a small frame as well; I tried the weight lifting hardcore thing and got up to 174 lbs benching 230 lbs or so and I looked weird and felt ridiculously slow. I stopped lifting and was a fat tub of goo. Started boxing exercises because I liked to watch it (casually, not as an amateur or anything) and 12 rds on the heavy bag or 12 3 minute rds on a jumprope make the pounds melt away for me as well- more so than running for what it's worth.
