Rest Period After A Bout

How long would you lot take off after a bout?

I fought on saturday, had yesterday off and am contemplating doing nothing today, what would some of you guys do?

usually if i fight on a saturday ill rest sunday and be back in the gym on monday

fair enough, i think i should have another day off maybe cos i aint feeling 100 %

how did you go? if you lost by stoppage and took a fair few shots i'd take about a week or so off- especially if it was from big head shots

muscle soreness really, stiff neck from all the head punches lol

did have headaches last night but im fine now

One time I fought on sunday and was sparring monday. Not the best thing to do but other people had fights to train for and they helped me so....
