wonder if boxers could use some of them neck strengthening exercises to improve their neck muscles and ability to absorb a punch?

im surprised that there isnt a machine like this for boxers lol. the only thing that ive really seen is the neck harness which is more for forward and back and at a slight angle going front and back on either side.
