    Need ya advice

    hey hi guys ,i ve been boxing for almost a year now..i used to go to practice daily at 5 30 am..i used to run,jump ropes,shadow boxing and bags.

    1)What can i do to improve my handspeed and foot speed..??( im trying weighted dumbbells twice a week for the speed,guys lik pacquiao r really speed.i dunno how?.. plz reply)

            I've got a good we book on boxing and for improving hand speed a couple of small stones or weights that fit in your hand and shadowbox with them.I was thinking of going to a fishing shop and buying a couple of we heavy weights .Don't know if they'll be ideall but the should be.

              everything looks good.....try non weighted punching after punching with the dumbells this is the only point of time where you really improve hand speed from punching with weights (right afterwards) by punching now your arms tend to remember alittle of whats its like to punch faster.....perhaps

                the speed in your footwork and hands comes from conditioning your muscles, technique and your mind. everyone always asks this question but everyone should know the answer. look back at when you first started and think about how your punching speed and foot work was like after you learned them. even though you new how to do them correctly were you just as fast as you are now? i doubt it. keep doing your conditioning for cardio and your muscle conditioning like body weight exercises and isolation lifts and always stress technique over speed at least until your technique can match the speed you want to be at. it will take time but youll get there. be patient and work hard
