hey hi guys ,i ve been boxing for almost a year now..i used to go to practice daily at 5 30 am..i used to run,jump ropes,shadow boxing and bags.
1)What can i do to improve my handspeed and foot speed..??( im trying weighted dumbbells twice a week for the speed,guys lik pacquiao r really speed.i dunno how?.. plz reply)
