  • sore wrists

    hey guys

    i'm new to boxing and when i'm punching a heavy bag a get quite sore wrists and was wondering if this is a common prob or that i'm doing something wrong

    VERY common strengthen your wrists. there is a device out their called a powerball and dyna flex. it helps to strengthen them but more importantly if your wrists are sore you can still use the power ball/dynaflex its a device made more for rehab of injured wrists very ight impact if there really is any.

    dont buy it because i say so. check it out first but its an invaluable tool in my opinon.

    there are many other things you can do for your fore arms but i would reccomend that they arnt sore when you do them like wrist curls and extensions. Wind ups where you have a pole with a rope tied to it then you use your wrists the wind the rope up and down tends to be most effective with a weight tied to the other end of the rope.

      yea the powerball ting sounds like a gud thing i might do a lil research on it later.
