Umm that time line dosent exist if you remember trunks killed cell in that time line.

if you punching with the botom 3 make sure you hit with the ring knuckle it should sort of colapse with your hand relaxed then go up to your middle knuckle where most the impact occurs then back down to ring and pinky. Unless you have gloves on its very hard to hit some one in the face correctly...you would more then likely hurt something.
if your boxing hit with the bottom 3 knuckles correctly you have more force behind it and a sturdier punch. (following the power line)
if your fighting some one bareknuckles i would go with the top 2 dosent matter how or where you hit their very strong and wont break easily
