So I went and checked out Ross Training and found some excellent info. Thank you for that suggestion. On my next boxing day I think I will give one of the Heavy Bag exercises a try.

I have one more quick question regarding whey protein. Should I bother having any on my day off? I do strength MWF and box T,TH,Sat, which leaves Sunday off. At the most I go for a round of golf on Sunday. Should I bother having my normal amount of whey shakes or should I take a day off from that also? Thanks.
