I wear mine for everything I do at the gym. When I first started, I found it really hard breathing with a mouthpiece in and wearing it while doing everything helps enormously. Now I have zero problems breathing with mouthguard in.

i think the pro guys dont really need to use it during drills and conditioning and such because sparring is practically an everyday thing for them so they get all the time they need to get used to using one. in addition, they have been doing it for years so they dont really have to anymore. who knows, they might have been using a mouthpiece during their early career or amateur career but you just never saw any vids of it because they werent big yet. i personally use a gumshield to intensify the conditioning workout so that its cheesecake when i spar.

Yeah I did that for a while until I got used to changing up my breathing. But only during heavy bag and mit work. Figured I didn't need it for jumproping.

like everyone may be pointing out, u really just gotta get used to it. that is why you would wear it if u were shadow boxing or such. i wouldnt wear it all the time personally, but enough so that u forget about and dont have it bother your breathing or concentration.

                good luck in ur training.
