I have shoulder instability from a motorcycle accident. The same thing happens to me every once in awhile. Unfortunately, once the shoulder comes out of place, it increases the chances of it happening again, but wont hurt as much. Still, it is very very annoying is one of my main concerns right now. You're shoulder will feel very sore tomorrow and you will not be able to use your arm in full motion. Ice it down, and the next time before you begin your workout stretch your shoulder and warm it up, sometimes applying a bit of Icey Hot or Bengay will help warm it up and ease some of the pain.If this happened during a fight or competition, and they saw that you were in pain they would immediately stop the fight. I've been meaning to go to a physician to get this taken care of but do not have medical insurance. Good luck with that shoulder

I'd take a little time off. No need to rush back into it, you risk dislocating again. I'd take a day or two off and ice the shoulder like Koopa said. If it happens again, you should probably see a doctor just to get it checked out.
