amongst all the things you can do that will give you better biceps the 2 that are most important in my opinion are proper rest of the muscle and a full range of motion while doing bicep work.

Well, for boxing I would reccomend you switch inbetween toning (high reps/low weight) and building (low reps/high weight) every now and then. As for me, I'm trying to push it to 175ish so I'm doing more building.
Your body doesn't store protein for long periods of time so try to get in around 20-25 grams of protein in you every 2-3 hours but keep it lean.

Do 21's. It's a set of 7 starting from the fully extended position and curl up to the mid-range point (45 degree point).
On the 7th rep, continue from the mid-point position and do another set of 7 from mid-point to fully contracted (complete the curl).
On the 7th rep of that set, start from the bottom position again (fully extended) and do another set of 7 just like a regular set (bottom to top).
Don't go too heavy on the weight because you won't be able to finish more than likely (it's not like doing three regular sets because there is no rest in between the sets) and it will kill your biceps.

if your a boxer i would say DON'T isolate your biceps to makethem bigger. if you want to do weights you must be balanced. triceps are far more important in most of your boxing life then biceps are.
