    Hey everybody, im after gettin sick and losing 6KILOS!!!!! the Last 2 weeks (Mumps) the long and short of it is, it makes you swell up and lose ur appitite....
    I didnt eat for the best of a week and a Half.
    After goin from a toned 81kg to a faded away weak, frail 75kg, really dont know where the weight came off
    . I need to put on weight again quick.... any tips lads... Ive absolutely no energy anymore and havent gone back training yet, lookin for a way/ diet to easy my way back into training.
    Any Info Appriciated THANKS ALOT!!!

    You'd be ****** to try and put the weight back on in another 2 weeks, people lose weight rapidly from being ill all the time, thats one of the obvious problems with being ill.
    Just assume your normal diet and training when you feel up to it and you should naturally go back to your previous weight.

      Oh no mate, im not assuming ill put the weight back on immediately, I just want my energy back so I can go back to the gym u know

        Well you will feel real drained at the moment cause you've just been ill...Thats a no brainer...
        But if i was you, i would just drink lots of water, eat properly, dont eat crap, have your five small meals a day, 3 hours between each, try not to eat after 8 o clock because thats when your body starts to wind down.
        But until you feel 100% i wouldnt attend the gym cause your immune system will be down at the moment and you could injure yourself easily due to your muscles being drained of nutrients etc.

          5lbs in about a week is pretty much the average amount a person should lose maximum for health reasons depending on the person. anywhere from 2-5lbs is fine but again it always depends on the person. being sick of course it is no surprise that you lost that weight because you weren't eating much and your body was in overdrive trying to get that virus under control. with the perfect diet for weight loss and the right training majority of people losing weight can lose that kinda weight depending on dedication. stay healthy and get back into training.

                  Try 6kg.... so 13 LBS (Give or take) feel like the walkin dead haha
