  • 3rd fight video

    hi guys here's a link to my 3rd fight this was in april at the time i had what i thought was the last dregs of a chest infection i have since been to the doctor and he says i've got asthma.

        When you throw your jab try to took your chin into your shoulder and keep your right hand high as you tend to bring it back abit when you throw the jab. Keep your elbows tucked in a little more.Also try to reel your jab in faster you occasionly leave it out hanging in the cold, my trainer told me when I was a little kid that a jab is like stealing a loaf of bread off someones head, you have to be fast on both the aproach and return. Try switching up your attack and giving him some new looks, some feints would help alleviate the looping punches he is throwing over your jab.Try using some more upper body movement as you showed the ability to use some but then slowly used less and less as the fight went on.Keep up the hard work .

          after u fight dont ever look tired like that slumping in your corner .. look like a champion .. cuz if it's a close fight the judges look and see one guy looking like that and the other guy bouncing on his toes who do you think they are gonna give the fight to
