      For fast weight lose cut your arms and limbs, seriously i am 5'10" i just workout for the last 2 weeks and now im 140 from 165 try some hydroxycut and tea drink L-carnitine...:****you:

        unless its a major tournament, where you want to be at the lightest weight div as possible, you shouldnt really cut weight

            how much training do you do, how long have you been training, what kind of food are you eating. im almost 5'8 and im comfortable around 140-145ish even on the mayweather sr diet of cookies, cake and candy bars. im not in the best shape and so im sitting around 13-15% body fat. your 5'6 and you weight as much as me. your body fat must be at least 20% or you have a lot of muscle weight. eat clean, do your cardio, train hard and if you arent a muscle head then you should sit around the most 120-125. im not as skinny as i was since high school because i put on 20-25lbs of muscle without changing how i ate. unless your doing some serious weight lifting, your diet must be wack and you just havent been training enough. stop trying to find shortcuts and go do your workouts. people are trying to find easy ways out of doing what it takes to be champion which is, HARD WORK. good luck

            oh and it should take you less then 2 months with a good diet and training the way you should.

              130 is not a weight division in the ams.

                I work hard in the gym but I think my body fat is high cause of all the chocolates and cookies that I eat. I just cant go on for so long without eating this sweet things. How about you how do you control yourself?
