  • jumping rope on painkillers...

I know almost every great modern pro does it...anyone else here jump rope on painkillers?

I don't do it every time I jump rope.....

But when you really, really wanna make yourself a seriously sore mother****er, eat two or three loritab or loriset 10s after your pre workout meal which should've been wheat pasta...

eat the pills like 20-30min before your workout and I swear if you have an ipod on you'll jump rope until muscular fatigue it's probably a good way to ****ing rip a tendon or smoething but after I broke myself in with this method , sober, I could go much longer. than before.

anyone else find jumping rope to be the biggest pain in the ass?

I lose motivation to continue after going at a fixed pace for 2-3 rounds. I'm 6 ft 4 and weigh about 270 though heres 2 recent photos. I get so tired because I lose control and start double jumping and attempting tricks and stuff. I can double jump better than any heavyweight I've ever seen (in person) and I've been to about two good gyms, one more amateurish than the last. some dude sent me a free vest after I posted some pics of this super long locate I did, wanted me to test out his vest and it's worth like 100.00, so I took some pics of it.

I dont have a camera near me but my stomach is definately not a six pack. it's not a fat ass tire, either.Basically, my stomach looks like John Ruiz's at his worst.

    lol.

    edit-

notice my brand new panasonic 50inch thats only 989 at best buy for the win........victorious boxers 2 looks beautiful on it...it's 760, but 1080 isn't worth 1500 to me...I make about 700 a week at age 26 im still a peasant

          I edited in Sometimes

I dont take advil everytime i run, only maybe once or twice a week and i only take 1. I never take them on recovery days and i perfer not to be reliant on any type of drug but if i take them before and after like a hard work out like 2+ hrs i tend to recover much faster.....well i guess i dont recover faster im just not as sore the next day which cuts down on recovery time.

No. why would you use drugs for skipping rope, running, or bag work?
