Hello buddies could you give me some back exercises that I can do to improve my back?

Cause ive read here somewhere that you can also generate punch power using your back.

    thanks.

pullups, both regular grip and vertical grip (palms facing in if you have a bar with the vert attachments), seated rows (upper back and lats), dumbell rows (mid-back and uper back), pull downs (works lats same as pullups), bent over rows, shoulder shrugs for traps

deadlifts, but perform them explosivly, even better excerise would by olympic power lifts like clean and snatch, clean and press. Sledge hammers are also a great way to improve power. But at the end of the day, you can only increase your power by so much, don't expect valero like punches from these excerises.

your probably best off with pull ups hands facing away. wide grip is for the section of your lats right below your arm pit if you do these you get large lats right there if you do close grip it will work the lats in a larger range of motion working whole whole lat you wont have very large lats but they will be longer. I reccomend doing both. all pull ups that are ment to work the back should be done to the chest the lower the better. imagine at the peak of the pull up your upper body almost paraellel to the ground and the bar should be touching you between your pecs and abs even lower if possiable. Almost all Back exercises i do are to my mid section like lat pull downs, seated rowing, bent over rows barbell rows yates rows all of these should be going to lower chest not neck or chin.

Shrugs are amazing the work the traps back and Serratus Anterior i do 3 sets of 30 50lb's in each hand as fast as i can after a month i could see my serratus anterior popping out though not much diffrence in back my traps got alittle stronger but not much diffrence

Chin ups with your hands facing you i think just help you do normal pull ups better and build your biceps...never did them and never felt like i needed to...

the thing where you lay on a bench with your hands streched out 'over your head with dumbells and you raise them up to eye level then back perhaps some one can give me the name for this but its really good for shoulders back and serratus anterior
