  • Is there anything you can attach to your body to measure calories?

    I'm not talking about on a threadmill. I'm talking about just on you as you work out or something.

    I had a friend use it. She said it would calculate how many calories she lost while on a treadmill, also wlaking around the office. It also gives a diet plan for your body. You can also input what you eat and itll add/subtract your calorie intake for a day when you hook it up to a computer. After a month though she stopped wearing it, saying it was a hassle. But she had results when she did wear it.

      You're the man, I'll be getting this next week. It will help to push me more on activities too. I appreciate it a lot.
