sometimes i do. when i do my complexes. ill use it to gauge my level of cardio. when i finish my complex routine my heart rate is at around 200-210bpm and ill time how long it takes my heart rate to get back down to 140bpm the quicker then the less rest time you need to recover. ill also sometimes use it when i run to keep a constant heart rate so i dont push harder then i need to but i can already set a pace for myself for long distance running. very good tool to use.
