I am trying to lose about 15 lbs in a couple months. I am already eating pretty clean with oats in the morning, chicken for lunch and usually chicken and veggies for dinner with healthy snacks in between. I also do cardio every day and run about 2 miles. My question is I just bought some All natural 100% whey isolate..would it accelerate my fat burning at all if I replaced a meal with a protein shake? If not when and how many times should I drink a protein shake throughout the day

i only take my protein shake post workout to help with the repair process. if you have a couple of months then your definitely set with what your doing and dont really need the protein powder. i would push for 3+ for your miles 3+x a week. i would add some isolation weights if you want to keep the weight off. majority of the time when people lose weight just on diet and cardio alone when one thing changes the weight goes back up. when you add the isolation weight training you put on muscle which helps burn more calories when you arent perfectly following your cardio or your diet. good luck
