How do you keep your eyes on your opponent when he is throwing like 4+ punch combos. I tend to look down while blocking then try to go for a blind hit to counter.

how long you been boxing? you get used to it when you spar more. you train your eyes to stay on the opponent even when your gettin hit. the more you do it the more your eyes will get used to it. youll notice that the more you push your self to look even when he's throwing combos the more youll see whats comming and you can block or dodge accordingly.

try to spar on the defensive dont even throw punches just block parry slip and deflect the hits if your not thinking about counters and punching in the openings you can pay more attention to the other person and and push your self to keep your eyes where they need to be
this is how i spar with most my friends. Im a big guy and its hard to find friends who actually want me to try and punch back, but i have plently of friends that are willing to just throw thousands of punches at me and since their smaller then me they tend to be faster then any one ive ever fought at my own size which helps since im trying to watch some one thats slower then what im used to when i get to the gym.
weather you try this or not if you just spend more time sparring you will get better at keeping your eyes on the other person
