  • What's a good daily training routine?

    I don't want just basics. I want a intense workout for a boxer who is serious about the sport. And can you please state what time I should do the roadwork etc. Thank you.

    Timing is up to you, though most advocate your cardio early morning (don't do it fasted though).

    What you do will depend on what you have access to and what kind of fighter you are. Sparring, bagwork, mitts and plyometrics are the staples though. Look up pro boxers routines and mold yourself on theirs.
