    you guys seen those infomercials? Looks like a decent conditioning routine. Pushups, pullups, plyometrics, core workouts, muscle confusion...Sounds kind of legit. Anyone use it? Anyone heard of anyone using it?

    I downloaded it, seems ok I guess. I havent heard spectacular reviews of it though.

      Yeah my friend Downloaded it and we've been doing it for 3 weeks. Pretty intense workouts. I'm also definitely becoming faster and more flexible. If you follow the nutrition guide that comes with it, you can drop some serious bodyfat too.

        I was afraid it would have a bogus nutrition guide geared at weight loss that would make me question the whole program. I'm pretty knowledgeable about nutrition.

          Thing is, the nutrition guide isn't very applicable to a boxer's diet. (They tell you to only eat one portion of carbs a day during Phase 1).

            My dad has been doing it for about 9 weeks now. He's very pleased with it.

              me and my girlfriend started doing it last week. we do it 6 times a week. Im going to start running 3 times a week and doing the p90x 6times a week.


              Pretty good workouts in there. The plyometrics is my fav so far. I have pretty good stamina and i had to pause the dvd twice so i could catch my breath.

              I say if you have the $$$ go for it.

                Ive done the normal program and the plus program

                i reccomend it highly, eat right and stick with it ull be fine,

                i saw results by the end of the second week. make sure u get the recovery drink, builds muscle and drops weight better.

                  I heard nothing but good things about it. a chief at my command has been doing it and he says its great. hes going to let me burn a copy so that i can start doing it myself.

                    I've also heard very good things about it in terms of muscle development and growth, but I don't know how applicable it is for a boxer.
