    Weight Training

I started lifting weights 3days ago i never lifted weights before and after one session i stopped because my muscles hurt. And i did some mits and sparred the next day but its hard since it is painfull when flexing the muscle and when throwing long punches and hooks. I tried pain killer its still there even now its still there 3days since i lifted weights.

It's a good things the muscles are hurting, it means your weight training was effective and your muscles are developing. I personally like the pain when doing weight excersises, becuase I know I'm doing it right and improving if I'm in pain.

Just rest for a few days it'll be gone.

Yes, you're not allowing yourself to recover. It hurts for a reason, it's pretty simple.

light work is fine but doms maybe take up to a week if not a week in a half from hard lifting especially from someone who hasnt lifted before for the muscles to fully recover but thats just not practical to not do ****. your fine for the first 2-3 days after lifting to do some intermediate boxing training if you can handle it. but the soreness will be there for a week or little over. the benefit from this is that after about 3-5 weeks of lifting and continuing your boxing training your muscles will adapt and youll be able to push your boxing training way harder then before because your muscles are at a whole new level.

thats normal...it take 2-3 days to go away..dont lift to heavy ..start light weights with lots of repetition.

You can shadow box and work the mitts. It will be uncomfortable but its not gonna hurt you.

Your supposed to cycle weight lifting. Mon-Wed-Fri are weight lifting days. Tue-Thur-Sat are anything but weight lifting. Sunday is the full break day.
