Alright, no more new threads for you sir. This is like the 5th seperate thread regarding some kind of weight loss. The answer to all your questions is DIET AND HARDWORK...now get offline and go do it rather than spending your time looking for magical meal replacements or weight loss supplements that get banned every other week anways. EAT RIGHT, EAT OFTEN, EXERCISE, come back in 2-3 months with results then you are allowed another post if you saw no results which I really doubt if done properly

I think that is all sea kelp and all the other crap available in tablet form is! Unless of course it is banned, but drugs will give you adverse side effects despite working. i understand you are a fat blob and you really want to be slim, but there are no shortcuts. go to www.mckenna.com to learn how to eat and even he will tell you to exercise cos it is obvious. if you have no injuries then you have no excuse but to start running! If you are obese and over 20 stones then start with brisk walking. JUST DO IT.
