How do I get leaner arms

These are my arms right now I do pushups and pullups and AM boxing. I wanna get my arms like ripped lean but at the same time able to punch really fast. This is important because I'm in the 141lb /64 kg weight category. I also do shadowboxing with weights.
I want exercises to increase the endurance in my arms and shoulder to punch longer and to increase my speed while also making my arms look super lean and muscular.

and the reason my face is cut off is cause for some reason my friend shaked the camera and I look horrendously ugly I look like I'm 50 even though I'm 18.

The only way to get smaller arms is to stop using those muscles and do cardio.

If you want to get ripped, just lower your body fat percentage. To do that, just keep doing what your boxing gym has you doing and change your diet to a healthier one.

Hell I don't want them to get smaller the size they are is fine right now. I want them to get ripped. but what foods enhance the ability to get to a lower body fat because I eat healthy and eat like 2-3 meals a day.

Why does it matter what your arms look like?

It'd be easier if ya posted a pic without you tensing them. That defeats the object unless you gonna walk around tensing your arm every minute.

K, thats a ****** reason and by going after aesthetics youre more than likely gonna neglect training in other areas which will lead to lower productivity and skills.

But if youre set on having muscular arms, then low body fat will create definition, and then use isolation exercises, both in the heavy weight/low reps and the low weight/high reps scheme. And mix up your exercises to target your entire muscles and to stimulate their growth throughout.

Cant say I advise this at all though.

You beat me to it, squirrel. I was gonna say the same thing.

To the threadstarter, if you're looking for advice on aesthetics, then go to bodybuilding.com. Boxers shouldn't give a **** about what their arms look like. My advice to you is to either quit worrying about what your body looks like and focus more on your boxing, or to stop wasting your time on boxing and focus on bodybuilding if you care a lot about what your body looks like.
