    right i have posted about 100 threads aout weight loss LOL
    im 6"3 i weight 81kg
    i want to loose the excess flab and get more leaner for my height
    i run in the mornings i dont eat as much as i did and i eat more healthy during the day but some times i tend to just have a energy drink and not eat in the day because cant find any place to get healthy food at lunch times most of the shops have chicken sandwhiches with mayo lol
    i want to loose the flab but not muscle just make the muscle show more with a decent 6 pack rather than having some thing to grab onto
    does anyone have any helpful tips ?
    im thinking of taking t5 weight loss pill aswell as doing excersise which is boxing 5 times a week for 2 hours and morning cardio about 60 mins worth with lots of layers on

    macronutrient requirements for a human

    15 percent fat
    35 percent protein
    50 percent carbohydrates

    calories - a lot if you're training
    micronutrient requirements -you'll get em if you eat halfway sane

    liquid - a lot if you're training
    food pyramid - get one but don't stress over it. Simplified version is at least one serving of dairy, meat, fruits/veggies, and grain.

    junk food - if it gives you energy, go ahead. If it slows you down, cut it out.

    health food - watch out. It usually doesn't have enough fat.

    That's it. That's how to eat. For specific foods, experiment and look up your favorite champs diet. Lots of champs seem to like beef, potatoes, cheesecake and salads. burgers are also popular.

    If you want to look your best, eat lots of fat, carbs and protein. Drink a ton of liquids. The more you work out the better you look, and you need fuel to exercise. Michael Phelps eats 10 thousand calories a day.

    One last thing - remember, people come in all shapes and sizes. The important thing is putting in the long hours of training, if your body allows this you're probably the shape you're supposed to be. If it doesn't, you might need to eat more, eat better, or simply take some time while your body gets used to exercise.

      also keep in mind that eating less and exercising more is ass backwards. If someone tells you to do that, ignore them. You need fuel to exercise, period.

        try the chicken without the mayo ...

        i started a diet.. again im tryin to make 141 and i dont have much fat to lose

        im waking up eating a fruit

        then im eating oatmeal abotu an hour later

        then another fruit

        oatmeal for lunch

        then another fruit

        then a salad with tuna fish for dinner

        then when that gets boring imma switch it up using common sense

          just try to eat healthier and do a lot of situps and pushups...it all depends on how hard your willing to work at it.

            eat a salad before going to bed, that increases the speed of your metabolism and you will burn fat while you sleep.

              at 6'3" and 180 it sounds like your best bet would be to put on some muscle to your core back and chest

              do:

              3 sets of 8 reps sit ups with 50 lb on your chest
              3 sets of 8 reps pull ups 20 lb in back pack
              3 sets of 8 reps push ups 20 lb in back pack

              if you cant do it with this much weight try it with less weight if its too easy increase the weight

              try to have 2 hours rest before and after this, not sleep just dont do this with your normal routine, after each set stretch any muscles you use in the exercise that your doing, hold the stretch for about 15-30 seconds then go back to exercising, try to do these exercises slowly and keep good posture and full range of motion do these once a week maybe twice but once is better if it means your still able to keep up with your normal routine

              try to eat alot and drink alot of water especially on recovery days.try to eat good food not just healty food i mean you look at a peice of chicken you grilled your self compared to what you get at a fast food resturant even with out the mayo the chicken you made is probably healtier you would probably be best off just making a few pb and j's or turna or chicken or egg salald sandwiches on whole wheat and eating those some bananas and fruit. if you go with tuna get chunk light its a fish i think its called skip jack or something type of tuna that has half the life span that albacore does so it has half the mercury

              You might be better off taking an asprin then any caffine pills and stuff and the asprin will help you heal faster dont take more then reccomended though.

                my body type is tall i got ok shoulders i got some good power but wanna increase my speed and my body is abit chubby not alot just could be moe tighter and toned which is what i want im trying to not add mass just more lean and powerful and quick also show my mucles want to get some decent abs aswell im starting to do more cardio i use a pull up bar but i dont use weights just body excersies like push ups pull ups etc wanna try get down to about 75 kg maybe 77kg around that weight so i will have a reach advantage but i could do with some weight loss around the mid section for the gf aswell haha cheers for the help

                  im thinking of buyin a meal supplement and instead for food through out the day just have a shake would this be ok for me or would i need some sort of solid food ?

                    sounds good but you might get extremely hungry...i wouldn't do it as a long term diet
