    true, but that is fundamental to boxing, every boxer should already know this without knowing how to snap

          The best answer is to just....... snap it! Lol, I ain't even kidding. Snap your jab from your elbow and not your shoulders. The elbow jab makes more sense than the shoulder jab because why would one want to waste energy on something that is not a power punch? Speed kills, and a snappy jab coming from the elbows will help you set up other stuff quickly

            the guy said its called resistance bands, i dont know where to buy them too, i also need them to use when just at home.
