    hi im running most days trying to loose weight and get more toned up
    if im trying to loose weight and get more toned up and stronger would it be ok to take some protein supplement with it like in the mornings for breakfast and lunch ?

    Yeah nothing wrong with protein when trying to lose weight. Just try to get protein powder with not too much sugar and low carbs.

      low carb protein shakes are absolutely fine with weight loss... think of it as an extremely low calorie meal replacement shake

        Yup, perfectly fine, but DON'T replace your breakfast with just a protein shake, as real food is always better than the shake alone. You can use a scoop in the morning along with your breakfast to up your protein intake a bit, usually a scoop of protein is only about 100 calories. Good luck!
