People shouldn't be trained with clinching as a strategy..
you can use your gloves, forearms, and shoulders to manipluate his incoming punches on the inside and get "under" him. he will not like that. just be aware of where his elbows(or shoulders) are.
and learn how to control the way you guys come at each other.
