Cuban Training Regimes ?

Does anyone know of the cuban nationals team training regime ?

I have searched and cant find anything. I want to see what kind of training they do to be the best.

There is a documentary out there about youngsters in Cuba boxing. There isn't any miracle training regime. It's just that they pretty much start boxing when they learn to walk. The have special schools and do it pretty much everyday twice a day. Then on weekends they have competitions.
