Have to agree,here..pretty dumb to begin with if you cant make noise..pretty dumb anyway in an apt. Heavybags are mainly used to develop power,you could just grab weights and shadow box if you are going to barley hit it. Its kind of like asking someone how do I keep a person I just kidnapped quiet without restricting there freedom!
