I hear good things about creatine but I really haven't used it much. The best time to take creatine is immediately after your workout when the metabolic state of skeletal muscle is most receptive to the insulin-mediated uptake of creatine. Though taking creatine monohydrate before a workout has it's benefits too.
Protein you should drink post workout. Try eating a glycogen carb with it like a banana after lifting.
Hope that helps.

Stamina!! You should use this, makes you feel a million dollars mate, really its brilliant, i use this i take it about 15 minutes before i workout then you start to feel loads of energy and its really good for building Stamina!

If you want strength and stamina creatine can be a great boon, but if you're looking for boxing stamina/endurance I would avoid creatine and stick with a lean steak in the evening. Creatine requires an inordinate amount of water to reap any kind of practical endurance benefit. You will definitely get burst strength moments and much harder/full feeling muscles, but you will also go through water far more quickly. Unless you can devote yourself to several liters or even a few gallons of water a day I would strongly reccomend against using creatine when preparing for boxing.
