What type of mouthguards do you prefer?

The double guard or the single one. I use the double mouth guard so i can bite down harder.

Do the single mouthpieces help you breath better? How do the protect your jaw?

I'd love to get hold of one of those mouthguards faoured by alot of the Mexican fighters, one piece with breathholes in centre. I'm in the u.k and cant seem to find them unless they are the custom made ones you can get at a dentists?

Those ones used to be available on the Reyes site. I just checked again and it looks like they replaced it with a different model.

I like the double ones. Bite down harder, keeps my jaw in place and it feels better getting hit on the chin by uppercuts when you've got a nice big piece of rubber/plastic between your teeth. Of course the best thing is to not get hit on the chin, but you know....

Yeah, i agree. My jaw feel better and i like the little hole to breath through when you're biting down.

i have the golden gloves single mouthpiece then one you dont need to boil... its pretty nice but im looking into getting a custom mouthpiece

That's the reason I got it in the first place. My nose is messed up so I need to be able to breathe out of my mouth while still keeping my jaw clenched tight.

i like the one margarito wears, its 2 singles, one for the bottom and one on the top.

But the huge doubles like oscar wears are more then likey custom, the shock doctor ones and **** all suck, i would never recomend those.
