    I weigh 225 and want to get down to 190.....in how long do you think i can make it.... I run everyday and go to my boxing gym mon-sat. I eat pretty healthy too. If you guys got stories on how much weight you've lost, tell me...they motivate me...lol

      yeah height would give us a good judge on how long it would take with a consistent diet and workout. if you can get it or know it what is your body fat % as well.
