    Just added that up , total 74.8 stone .Over 6 times his bodyweight .

      those were 1/4 reps.
      I can do 1000 pound quarter reps too haha
      I've done 600 (272kg) before on that machine, with real knee-to-chest reps & I'm nothing special, most high school & college football players do double that.
      His actual leg press was like 200lbs (90kg) or less.
      His deadlifts were a whopping 95lbs (47kg?)
      His hamstring curls looked to be about 40lbs (less than 20kg).
      The real exercises were less than average gym numbers for here in the States.

        Leg exercises are the easiest to do for me.

          I didn't knwo that tbh . I don't really lift big , just do alot of conditioning , thx for info.
