Grant Professional Training Gloves have discontinued making all the new colors. Now they just have red, black, and white.

sounds like the beginning of the end for the company, first they put out the budget line, then their quality tanked, and now this... shame too coz they made great stuff

I don't know if that's what it means. I mean, you go with your best seller, why bother making the rest.

Same thing with the Winning brand, they really only have a few colors available. I asked the Winning rep in Los Angeles how come they only have few colors to choose from, he gave me a simple answer " 'Cause those are the only ones that sells" and he also specifically told me that, the Red and White ones are the only ones that really sells. Does it mean Winning is in the hole too?

Because the black, yellow and blue Winning gloves are just collecting dust?

The quality of Grant equipment has really diminished. I really like the pro 10oz. gloves and still use them but they too are not the same. I recently sent back the headgear bc it was hard as a rock. The Campeon training headgear is actually pretty good, close to the Winning brand. But for headgear nothing beats Winning. As far as gloves, no way I'm paying that money for Winning. I've worn them and sparred with them too, nothing special but a label. So I sent them back.

I don't like Cleto Reyes (at least not in the size everyone expects me to wear).
