  • First fight without knowing i was gonna fight...

    ....and i won, i'm ****en lucky.
    When i came to my gym, after 1 week and a half of fluenza, i was out of shape and at 158 pounds. I didn't know they were organizing some "fights" over there.( 3 x 3 min against 4 guys from another gym, 4 vs 4)
    They made me fought against a teethless, though, small gipsy. And i won a unanimous decision, in a very very dirty fight. I was just throwing punches in bunches, "a la calzaghe's style" but i felt i didn't perform well.
    Before i fight for real, somewhere in october, i have to get back to my training routine, and stop having sex. I will go down easily to 152, but i plan on fighting at 141.

    I will maybe post the video if my trainer gives me it.

    My trainner does that crap to me i love/hate it. Keeps you on your toes though if you can win a fight on a momonets notice just thin how much better you would perform if you really got ready for it. why would you stop having sex? That idea offends me

        Cause i heard that sexual energy can help to have better performances in sports. I did the test and with a 1 month sex layoff, i did a 10 kilometers in 41 minutes whereas in the first i did it in 45.

            to make this somewhat a realistic test you have to repeat this but reverse the method - first have no sex for a month, run 10k, then have some sex for a month and run 10k, remember to continue to work out for that sexy month. I think you're attributing your increased endurance and performance to the lack of sex rather than the improvement in your training and fitness.

            actually the only way to really test this, is to run 10k frequently, enough to where you create an consistant time, to the point where you could set your watch by your 10k time, after that stop having sex and see if your time drastically improves.

            your result sample is too small, its like saying i flipped a coin once after having sex and it was heads, and then a month later flipped it after not having sex and it was tails, therefor if i flip a coin without having sex it will always be tails.
