Well i like to let mine dry out first. You can get a cardboard toilet paper roll cut it to where you want it. You just use it to get it started then you just keep rolling it.

Ive got a couple of questions on top of that. Ive got a fairly large hand, the training gloves at the stores here are pretty much the same size (lets call it medium). I need about a large. Where can i find a pair for under 30 bucks. Also how many times a week should i be doing push ups, Pull ups, dips, Curl ups....etc
Is 3 enough? I can do them everyday but i don't want to me to tired the next day to train.

I got my 16 oz. gloves for $60 at the boxing gym I used to go to. It was required to have 16 oz for sparring and in your case you probably will not find anything good at sports stores like sport chalet (I tried). Just shop around and see for yourself. I find that 50-60 is the normal price range for a decent pair. Then again I only went to sports stores and asked one other guy at the boxing gym. I am quite hasty with my desicions. Good luck getting a good pair. My gloves are Titan. Look around for stores near you that specialize in selling martial arts/boxing equipment. I heard they have decent gloves hopefully within your price range.
