time on running

ive not long cum back from a run and were does the time go i aint ran for a few years so i thought 15 mins would do perfect without any stops so i put my alarm on my phone and b4 i new it my alarm went off and i carried on running for about an extra 5 mins im not the fittest person but i think i done quite well
