  • Cured from the flu.

    Hell yeah, after one week and a half at home without training, i'm back.
    Tonight, i will run 1 hour with high coasts and do 2 hundreds push ups, 250 sits ups and lift some weight.
    Whatever, i know i will have A LOT of trouble to get back to the shape i was when i was training before i was sick.
    I was 152 pounds before, now i am 158, cause i did eat a lot and drunk A LOT of CocaCola.

    I worry about the way i will perform and i don't want to hurt myself as soon as i train again.

    Is/Was there someone in the same case ? If Yes, what did you do? If no, what should i do?

    why would you drink soda when your sick? and i doubt one week will do severe damage to your stamina unless of your course you werent in good shape to begin with

      Before i was sick, i was in very good shape and my abds were like JMM. lol. Now it's mor like Juan Diaz though
