i just been reading recipe threads from diffrent sites and got a few good meals and drinks but the thing is i dont like veg or fruit none at all i keep trying them but they just make me nearly throw up i seen alot with tuna aswell but i dont like that i eat most meats and then crap like crisps chocolate every now and agen but not much i can eat all day and not put on weight but i could do with knowing about wich meats would give me all the stuff i need like protien or carbs or stuff that i shouldnt have cus i dont have a clue
