    If you need someone to push you to even compete in the am's then you are in serious trouble and probably need ot stop rueing the missed opportunity. If ability is not an issue like you say, then surely someone would have been willing to take you into the am's by now as 16 to 22 is a long time and 16 is not a bad age to start. Like I said, I started around same time and had fights by 22 without having to actually push myself too much. I started pushing myself after a few bouts and after I learned from my mistakes. If you can't push yourself and get amateur bouts by next season (sept), then maybe you are just a ***** and were never made to fight?
